How Do I Make Flac Files Playable On My iPod?

Dealing with flac format is something new to me, I'm not even sure if it's supposed to play on a regular portable device. What do I do to finally have a chance to listen to these songs I have?

Your supposition is correct: FLAC format isn't supposed to be played on average portable players. FLAC is a way of lossless compression of audio files made in order to save the best quality of a track which also has a large size. I recommend you to convert flac to mp3 format which is supported by any portable players, phones and other gadgets. Although it will significantly reduce the size of the songs you won't notice any difference using regular earphones.

Good luck!
